3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and cash on pickup
For in-store pickup, payment is due at collection
We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected

4. Delivery

Delivery is available islandwide via Knutsford Express, Tara Courier, and Post Office
Delivery fee is $1,000 JMD for all courier options
In-store pickup at Portmore Town Centre is free
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase for defective items only
Items must be unused and in original condition
Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Installed screens cannot be returned

6. Warranty

Products carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or improper installation
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period with proof of purchase
